If within 30 days of receipt you are not satisfied

RETURNS
We do accept goods
returned to UKHandBags.com (Web Direct (UK) Ltd. t/a UKhandbags.com),
however only in the following circumstances.
We accept goods returned,
for any reason, that have been un-opened and unused - within 7 working
days starting from: one day after receipt of goods.
We cannot accept goods
back that have been used or opened.
If you have received
the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods
at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products.
You the consumer have
the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order
[beginning the day after receipt of the goods] without reason [cooling-off
period], if the goods have been despatched we will refund less the
cost of shipping once the goods have been returned in good order.
In the unlikely event
that your goods are faulty please contact Web Direct (UK) Ltd in a 'reasonable
time' (proof is required of receipt of goods) and we will refund or
replace the goods.
All returns should be
made within 30 days following after the date of delivery and be sent
back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring
