Are you a real company?
Absolutely real. We are a UK based company, trading in and from Bristol in the UK since 1998. Our company Web Direct (UK) Ltd is registered with Companies House (Company No. 03636700). To speak to somebody in the UK you can call Steve or Philippa on 0117 904 1993 from 9am to 5.30pm.
Are your handbags genuine or fake?
Do you deliver to P.O Box Number addresses in the UK?
They are neither. They are what we term 'designer inspired' or 'designer style' handbags. The designs, colours and patterns are very similar to designer bags but they do not carry any logos or proprietary trademarks.
Do I need to have an account to shop with you?
No you do not. You may browse through the items and shop without any registration.
Is Delivery Free?
NO. Unfortunately we do have to charge for Delivery. To ensure that the goods arrive safely we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (signed for) which has a cost attached to it for us.
How Long Is Delivery/Despatch?
Despatch is usually made the same day if the bag/bags are ordered before 1pm. Within 1-2 working days otherwise.
Unfortunately we do not for security reasons, we only deliver to a standard UK Post Code address.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes you can. If you would prefer to pay by cheque rather than on your credit card, please phone us first to have the bag Reserved for you.

Please note that if you do pay by cheque this will have to clear before we can despatch your purchase, which can take between 7 and 10 working days from being paid into our bank account.
Do You Offer An Express Service?
We can sometimes offer an express service for an additional charge.
You may phone to arrange this separately – please phone the complete order through for this.
Can I Have Delivery To An Alternative Address/Person?
Delivery to an alternative address/person can be made after you have entered your own details for the transaction. Your order must contain the correct details ie: name and address the payment card is registered at. You may add the alternative name and address in the box provided for ‘Alternative Delivery Details’ to the right hand side on the Payment Page.
Do You Ship Overseas?
We will ship overseas however we charge more for postage. The postage costs are available to view once you place your items in your basket. We also reserve the right to refund the order if it appears to be from a country that is associated with fraudulent transactions.
Can I contact you by phone?
Yes you may contact us by telephone. Our office number is 0117 904 1993, but please note that the phones are only manned between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday – an answer-phone facility is available if our staff are busy elsewhere.
If you need to contact us urgently outside the above hours, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Do You Have A Catalogue?
We do not have a catalogue all items can be viewed online – due to the fast turnaround of items it would not be cost effective for us to produce a catalogue.
How Many Items Can I Buy From You?
You can buy as many handbags as you like, but please note that we do not supply wholesale. If you wish to discuss multiple purchases, please contact us on email@example.com and we will be happy to help you out on stock levels and delivery charges for Courier service.
We occasionally distribute discount codes through a Newsletter that can be used on an order placed with us. These may entitle you to a discount percentage on an order. You can use these when you make a purchase and go to the check out page.
Do You Sell Seconds?
Our policy is to offer the same quality as that sold in the High Street stores. This ensures that everything we sell is 100% perfect. We do not sell seconds, samples, repaired, faulty or second-hand items.
We are coming to Bristol - can we visit your shop?
We do not have a 'bricks & mortar' shop - this is how we can sell at such reasonable prices.
All Prices include VAT at the current rate.
What Are Your Stock Levels?
We usually only carry 1 or 2 bags of any type to ensure that the bag you purchase will not be seen on too many other people. This keeps the bags fairly exclusive for our customers.
Are The Sizes For Your Bags Accurate?
Bag sizes are as accurate as possible. We measure in both inches and centimetres. The sizes given are to the nearest half inch / centimetre. Bags are made of flexible materials, so our sizes are as close as they can possibly be.
How Accurate Are Your Bag Colours?
They are as accurate as we can make them. Please be aware that colours may well look a little different from one computer to the next, so we cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is 100% accurate.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Yes, you may cancel your order. You can cancel your order before you complete payment or if you have already placed the order follow it up immediately with an e-mail expressing your wish to cancel and this will be dealt with. A refund will be put in place.
If your bag has been despatched and you change your mind we will refund upon its return to us (unopened and unused). Unfortunately we cannot refund the postal charges.

How Do I Return Unwanted Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original unused condition and we will refund the product price. This will not include postage costs.
